Q: Is everything really handmade?
A: We personally design 100% of our products, save for collaborations with other artists. All of our apparel is hand-screen printed by us in our shop and our hats are embroidered by an awesome small woman-owned company!

Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Sorry; we do not take personal custom orders.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Every collection is a pre-order, and a pre-order is live for about a week. After that, we order up all of our blanks, get to printing, the embroiderers begin their process, and once everything is ready, we mail it all as soon as humanly possible! We like to aim for everything to be on its way to y'all 2-4 weeks following the pre-order window.

Q: Can I return my shirt if I don't like it?
A: If there is an irreparable blemish or malfunction with your product, we will be happy to refund you or offer you a replacement item (if in stock); otherwise, we can give you a discount code toward a future purchase! I If you simply do not like the item, we will not be able to help you! Items listed in the shop are presented as straightforward as possible. 

Q: What if the item doesn't fit?
A: Sizing can be tough; many of us are in-between sizes! But we trust that you own other clothing and can judge for yourself what size you need. Size guides for our blanks are listed on every product.

Q: What if my package is lost in the mail?
A: Once we have shipped items, they are out of our hands & our control. The USPS and UPS are sadly not always the most reliable, we know, and sometimes a shipment is delayed, potentially missing in action, or the tracking info is not updating. We are not able to locate your package in such an instance. We have the same tracking information that you do. If your package is hung up in or lost by customs, that is entirely outside of our control, but please do let us know and we will try our best to work something out to alleviate the frustration if possible.

We ship to all international countries except Israel. If you're having trouble placing an order from your country, email us & we will get you sorted. Please allow a longer ship time if your item is crossing oceans and continents.
