Crucial info--please read!

All Copycat Video Press items are designed by us, unless otherwise noted as a collaboration with another artist. All apparel is hand-screen printed by us. All hats are embroidered by either Eyeless Threads or All City Print. All of our goods are packaged & dropped at the post office by us.

Ordering & shipping:

  • Items are almost always usually sold as pre-orders. Reissues are sometimes sold for pre-order, or may be restocked in unlimited quantities. Pre-order windows are typically live for about 5 days. 
    We ask that you please allow 3-4 weeks for production and shipping time following a shirt drop. Hats may potentially take a week or 2 longer, as our embroidery teams are across the country & work on different schedule.
  • Once we have shipped items, they are out of our hands and out of our control. The USPS is not always the most reliable, we know, and sometimes a shipment is delayed, potentially missing in action, or the tracking info is not updating. Unfortunately, we are not able to locate your package in such an instance. We have the same tracking information that you do. PLEASE NOTE that if your package shows as "delivered," but in fact you find that it was not, please visit your local post office to see if they can help you track it down. As much as we want to be kind and accommodating at every turn, we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
  • We ship to all international countries except Israel. If you're having trouble placing an order from your country, email us & we will get you sorted. Please allow a longer ship time if your order is crossing oceans and continents.

Return policy:

  • If there is an issue with the order you receive, please email us so we can sort it out. 
  • We know sizing can be tough; many of us are in-between sizes! Size guides for our blanks are listed on every product. But we trust that you own other clothing and can judge for yourself what size you need; no returns will be accepted for shirts that do not fit you.
  • If you simply do not like the item, we will not be able to help you! Items listed in the shop are presented as straightforwardly as possible.

  • Instagram can be a very tricky platform to navigate. It feels impossible to know what the algorithm wants and to meet its demands such that our posts and stories reach you and are engaged with. I cannot tell you how often a presale ends and I get messages-even from repeat customers— who tell me they never even saw our stories or posts pop up on their feed! It's so tough to try and reach you all, so please, if you want to try and be kept up to date, you turn on IG alerts for us, or better yet, subscribe to our newsletter! You'll be prompted with a pop-up to do so when you visit our website.
